Promotional Terms & Conditions

Promotional Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the True Toys Promotional Terms & Conditions page.

Here you'll find the terms and conditions for our promotional offers, discounts, multibuy deals and special campaigns, including current and previous promotions.

Please read the relevant terms before placing your order.

1. General Promotional Terms & Conditions

1.1. Promoter

All promotions are operated by BargainMax Online Ltd, trading as True Toys ("True Toys", "we", "us" or "our"), unless otherwise stated.

1.2. Promotional Eligibility

Promotions apply only to qualifying products, customers and orders meeting the conditions stated for each individual offer.

Some promotions may require a discount code, a minimum spend, a minimum number of products or eligibility verification.

1.3. Product Exclusions

Product exclusions vary between promotions. Customers should review the exclusions listed under each individual promotion before completing their purchase.

Certain brands and product categories may be excluded from discounts, including LEGO, VTech, LeapFrog, Tonies and batteries.

1.4. Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers or automatic discounts.

1.5. Promotional Availability

All promotions are subject to availability and are valid while stocks last.

True Toys reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including where a technical error or misuse has occurred.

1.6. Discount Application

Discounts are applied only to qualifying products and exclude delivery charges and other non-qualifying fees unless otherwise stated.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders unless expressly agreed by True Toys.

1.7. Returns & Refunds

Our standard returns and refund terms apply to promotional purchases, subject to any additional terms specified for the promotion.

Where returned items mean that an order no longer qualifies for a promotional discount, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the offer conditions, without affecting statutory rights.

1.8. Misuse of Promotions

True Toys may refuse or cancel promotional orders where it reasonably believes the offer is being misused, including suspected fraudulent activity, excessive purchasing quantities or purchases intended for unauthorised resale.

1.9. Promotional Dates

Start and end dates are provided for individual promotions where available. All stated times are UK local time unless otherwise specified.

Expired promotions are retained on this page for reference and are no longer redeemable.

1.10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
